Attorney Profile

W. Chris McGough, J.D.

I run a small-town solo practice with the goal of keeping local clients local. I enlist the most up-to-date technology and efficient research resources available to law firms today- reducing costs and increasing productivity. I employ a full-time legal assistant who provides the tech, litigation, client communication, and research support. I keep a manageable caseload which lends to my availability when a client needs to speak with me.  I have more time to investigate, research and examine the factual and legal details of a case.

Just like a carpenter, mason, or other tradesmen, good legal work takes time, there are no shortcuts, and the true quality of work shows in the details. I subscribe to these principles, and in the practice of law, I assure you, these same principles apply.
